Frequently asked questions

Do my students have to pay to join?

No. Your students use their own My Trader Journey account and joining your academy doesn't require buying a plan. Their journal features depend on their own plan.

What exactly does the academy team see?

Only what each student chooses to share: their backtesting sessions, their trading accounts, or both. Their expenses, payouts and broker credentials are never shared, and they can change their choice or leave the academy anytime.

Can I add other mentors?

Yes, depending on your plan. You can invite mentors and admins; each role has different permissions and only the owner manages billing.

What happens if I reach the student limit?

Nobody loses access. New students simply can't join until you free seats or upgrade.

How do I pay and cancel?

You pay with Stripe and manage the subscription from the billing portal. Cancelling the academy plan doesn't affect your personal plan.

Can I run more than one academy?

Yes. Each academy has its own plan, team and students.
